F.D.Roosevelt's Presidency (mar 4, 1933 – apr 12, 1945)
Description:
Committed to cooperation and post-war settlement. However his post-war idea was that it would reflect America strongly, and so created a divide between the USA and USSR due to the Liberation of Eastern European countries. Underestimated the Soviet Union's security needs, craeting tension, espceially over the Eastern European countries.
