Carl "Charlie" BrandtIn 1971, 13 year old Charlie shot both his parents, Wounding his father and killing his pregnant mother.
In 2004, Charlie stabbed his wife to death, and dismembered his neice. he then hung himself in the garage with a bedsheet.
Upon inspection of the crime scene, detectives connected Charlie to over 26 cold cases.
