Michael Jackson, was an American singer, songwriter and dancer. Nick-named the “King of Pop”, he was one of the most popular entertainers in the world and a #1 best-selling artist. His contributions to music, dance and fashion made him a global figure in pop culture for over forty years. Sadly, on June 25th, 2009, he stopped breathing while he was trying to sleep under the care of his personal physician, as a result of his physician giving him certain medications.
