Description:
After the death of Tsĩvgalè Ḋasav Opnã, the Council of Crowns decided that it would be useless for someone to be chosen to be the Stand In Tsĩvgalè as there was not much time left of Opnã's term. So, the Council took control of Oipienta until the next election came around, which was reschedueled to 1 year earlier to make up for a Stand In Tsĩvgalè.Added to timeline:
