- Allied soldiers stumled on many camps throughout Europe and witnessed a failed Nazi attempt to hide evidence of their crimes. They witnessed the victims of the Holocaust in a state of near death.
- Liberatng the camps freed many victims who thought they would never see the light of day, as well as showing the world the true evil Hitler was made of
