Constitutional Convention (may 27, 1787 – sep 17, 1787)

Description:

The Constitutional Convention was held to discuss the problems with the Articles of Confederation. Delegates from all over the colonies came to discuss a new government. They fought over state and federal rights as well as how voting should be handled concerning large and small states population wise. George Washington was head of it all and James Madison took notes of the convention. Finally the new constitution was ratified.
