Description:
It is a chapel located in the Apostolistic Palace, which is the official residence of the pope in Vatican City. It used to be called the Cappella Magna. The Sistine Chapel gets it's name from Pope Sixtus IV who was the one that restored it from 1473 to 1481.Added to timeline:
