Description:
The Constitutional Convention was called by Congress in order to revise the Articles of Confederation. Many honorable and respectable people were at this convention and they met to decide how the United States was going to be governed. 55 delegates attended the Constitutional Convention from every state except Rhode Island. There were many debates and compromises during the Constitutional Convention.
