First Tsĩvgalè
The Tsĩvgalènploi term of Grand General Yarpi Chẽman of the Oipientian Republic. (Yarpi Chẽman declared himself as the Oipientian Tsĩvgalè (President) until the Oipientian Constitution was written, and it was finished in 5 years from the beginning of Yarpi's term. Thus, Yarpi gave up his power as Tsĩvgalè of Oipienta and chose the next leader of Oipienta, Tsefuoi (Colonel) Javik Hyandh. Javik was to be the Second Tsĩvgalè of Oipienta and was to rule for five years, unless relected as Tsĩvgalè by the Elector Lords of Oipienta, then he could rule for 10 years.
