7th Seal (apr 6, 2000 – apr 6, 3000)
Description:
According to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints website, and other sources, each seal represents 1000 years. The Book of Revelation is in chronological order through chapter 7. From Revelation 8 on when the Seventh Seal opens, John bounces around history. He also sees many things that overlap.It helps to remember this when reading the last part of Revelation. If the 1000 years per Seal is correct, we left the Sixth Seal and entered the Seventh Seal around the year 2000. W. Cleon Skousen and Bruce R. McConkie both thought it would open in the year 2000.
