Toyitomi Hideyoshi (jan 1, 1582 – jan 1, 1598)

Description:

Toyitomi Hideyoshi was one of Nobunaga's generals and took control of his forces after he died. Hideyoshi continued to unite Japan after the civil war due to rebelious Daimyos. He was also the son of a peasant farmer. The capital city was moved back to Kyoto.
