French and Indian War (may 28, 1754 – may 28, 1763)
Description:
The French and Indian War (aka. the Seven Years War) was a war between Britain and France for westward expansion in the Americas. Instead of sending British troops to America, the colonists fought the French for the British along with the Native American. This resulted in a win for the British. Because of the Proclamation Line, the British were unable to move westward past the Ohio River Valley, because of some land given to the Native Americans.
