Anna Palmer, 10 yrs in 1998, murdered (stabbed 5 times with a hole in her throat) and sexually assaulted. Found by mother lying on the porch. She did fight and homicide detectives found DNA evidence connected to Matthew Breck, who was already in an Idaho prison. He was extradited from their to Salt Lake City, charged with aggravated murder/aggravated sex abuse of a child/child abue.Added to timeline:
