The Black Plague years (jan 1, 1347 – jan 1, 1352)

Description:

This was when the Bubonic Plague took over and killed over 25 million people. It killed over 50% of Europe's population, including most of the clergy. Though the plague was without a doubt a big tragedy to Europe. It also brought good, including the increase of salary for peasants, and people slowly shifting to logic instead of purely relying on religion, which was what let the disease spread in the first place.
