Description:
The war on Terror started with the nine eleven terrorist attacks on the world trade towers and the pentagon. The next day (September twelfth) President Bush declared war. On October seventh the U. S. and Great Britain launch airstrikes on Afghanistan. Thirteen years of fighting proceed both on the ground and in the air. On the twenty-eighth of December the war in Afghanistan officially ends. Troops are still left in the middle east and are still fighting.Added to timeline:
