Ayurveda has became increasingly popular during the 1970's and is still being used in some form today, especially in India. Ayurveda medicine is used as additional option to traditional medicine. It has a natural approach such as using herbs and reducing stress to treat a patient. Common diseases that Ayurveda treats today is type 2 diabetes and pain relief.
