Description:
A booth was held at Super Smash Con 2017 for attendees to play Beta ahead of release, and the gameplay was streamed to McLeodGaming's Twitch channel as well. In terms of content being shown, this would be the company's largest Super Smash Con yet. On day 0, The World That Never Was was revealed as a Kingdom Hearts stage, and costumes were shown off for 13 different characters. A new character and stage would be revealed every following day, with each new character having the new costume system.On day 1, Lucario was revealed as a character with Sky Pillar as a stage. On day 2, a 20-person tournament took place in which Malk was the winner, and Ryu was revealed as a character afterward with Suzaku Castle as a stage. Later that night, several developers streamed themselves playing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a bonus. On day 3, the company celebrated Waluigi's reveal by renaming their Twitter account to "WcLeodGaming" and they also revealed Krazoa Palace as a new stage.
