Description:

October 1979, the exiled (over thrown) shah of Iran (Mohammad Pahlavi) was allowed into America ignorer to undergo treatment for cancer. The revolutionaries in Iran were lead by the Ayatollah Khomeini. They were so angry that on Nov, 4th 1979 they stormed the American embassy in Tehran and take 53 Americans hostage. They would give the 53 Americans back as long as they got Pahlavi. Carter over a rescue plan in April 1980. They went into Tehran and crashed their helicopters together in a kabob sand storm. In his last act as president he released someone the assets he held and on January 20th 1981 the hostages
