Hitler becomes Fuhrer (aug 2, 1934 – apr 30, 1945)

Description:

On the 2nd of August 1934, with the death of Germanys president, Adolf Hitler became the dictator of Germany under the title of Fuhrer (leader). It was easy for Hitler to become Fuhrer because he was already the chancellor and had power within the government. He declared himself fuhrer, chancellor and head of the army without any resistance because many members of Germanys armed forces followed him. This made Hitler the ruler of Germany.
