Treaty of Versaillies (jun 28, 1919 – sep 1, 1939)
Description:
The Treaty of Versailles was signed on June 28, 1919 and was a treaty with Germany to ensure there were no more wars. The treaty officially ended WW1 between Germany and the Allied Powers. A cause of the treaty was WW1, Germany wasn’t happy with the terms of the treaty and when Hitler rose to power he went to war against the allied countries and initially broke the terms of the treaty on 1st September 1939 when Germany invaded Poland.
