Description:
This was the invasion of American and British troops into French Morocco and Algeria. It began on November 8 and ended on November 16 1942. This event was important because it was the first time that American and British troops had worked together on this scale during WWII as well as it allowing the Allies to go on the offensive for one of the first times in the war.Added to timeline:
