Appeasment (jan 1, 1938 – sep 1, 1939)
Description:
Appeasement was a tactic that England and France used before ww2 to hopefully stop another war. it started when Germans living in the border areas of Czechoslovakia (the Sudetenland) started to demand a union with Hitler's Germany. the allies gave Hitler what he wanted with Czechoslovakia getting no say. the only condition was that Hitler could not invade Poland. however he did, leading to appeasement ending, and ww2 starting.
