French Revolution (may 5, 1789 – nov 9, 1799)
Description:
The French Revolution was when the people overthrew the monarchy and took control of the government. Before the success of the takeover, France was divided into estates, The First Estate was all Church Leaders, the Second Estate included Nobles and the Third Estate included all the high ranked people living in luxury. The significance of the event was that The French Revolution completely changed the social and political structure of France and it ended the monarchy of the country.
