Description:

Description: The Nanjing Massacre was the large amount of killing of the Chinese citizens that were captured by soldiers of the Japanese imperial army.
Cause 1: One reason is that there were supply shortages and the Japanese thought there were too many people so instead of getting more recourses they killed the people.
Effect 1: In the long run, the event of the Nanjing Massacre made a controversy in japan because of some people denying that the event ever really happened.
Effect 2: there were about 6 million people killed in this event. This included Chinese, Koreans, Malaysians, Indonesians, Filipinos and many others.
