Beer Hall Putsch (nov 8, 1923 – nov 9, 1923)
Description:
The Beer Hall Putsch was led by Hitler and was a staged and failed attempt to take over the German government. The consequences from this was Hitler and Ludendorff; this was because the general public thought that Hitler was a coward for sneaking away when the police had begun to fire. 16 Nazis and four policemen died in the ensuing gunfight. The Beer Hall Putsch helped Hitler to rise in power but he was also charged with high treason.
