Beer Hall Putsch (nov 8, 1923 – nov 9, 1923)
Description:
The Beer hall putsch was when Hitler and his party made a an attempt to overthrow the current government at the time the Weimar Republic. It led to a split between Adolf Hitler and Ludendorff, As Well as Hitler being charged with high treason. There were 3000 Nazi followers backing up Hitler and in the Gun fight 16 Nazis died as well as 4 policeman. Hitler later decided that the way to obtain power in Germany was not through gunfire. This event had very big and important role as this was one of the key moments that led to Hitler's uprising and becoming leader of Germany.
