Yalta Conference (feb 11, 1945 – dec 14, 2018)
Description:
This conference’s purpose was to reorganize European nations post-war. Russia agreed to fight in the Far East. It was also decided that Poland would be under the control of the Soviet Union. There was a meeting on the 25th of April in San Francisco to elaborate on the United Nations charter. Also, a Declaration of Liberated Europe was issued. Roosevelt proposed to Stalin a trusteeship between the USSR, the USA, Great Britain, and Korea.
