Hundred Years’ War (may 24, 1337 – oct 19, 1453)

Description:

Edward III sought to acquire the French throne and reclaim the lost territories of England. It was a turning point in conflicts in Europe that saw the death of brave knights and the arrival of the English Longbow. The English Longbow was significant because it had a great range and accuracy, the length being four to six feet, and it was used in the military service.
The war lasted for a long time, over 100 years.
