Description:
After his father's death, Alexander the Great started a campaign where he conquered a massive area. He founded the city of Alexandria in Egypt and spread Greek culture to much of the known world. He died in 323 B.C.E., which lead to the fall of his empire. The land he conquered was fought over by his generals and was eventually taken by the Romans.
