He learned how to draw with professor Lassus at Antoura College (Lebanon), charcoal with a Russian artist called Jean, then in Paris at the Academy of fine arts, Atelier Fernand Leger and the Academie de la grande Chaumiere, he learned sculpture from Zadkine, lithography andengravings from Fred Landre
