Description:

These were a series of acts of social legislation that were passed by the Liberal party following the 1906 General Election that represented the emergence of the Britain’s modern welfare state. There were fifteen major pieces of legislation created that changed regulations concerning pubs, children, the elderly, worker, sick people, and agriculture. These acts were funded by the People’s Budget.
