During 2016 was the 60th year of the hard disk being made. The device was called the "Venerable Hard Disk Drive", and went by HDD. New computers now run on "Solid State Disks" for their main storage, but HDD remains low priced for high-capacity storage.
The price - was $10,000 dollars for 5MB of data.
