Warsaw Ghetto Uprising (apr 19, 1943 – may 16, 1943)
Description:
The Warsaw Ghetto Upring lasted from 19 Aril 1943 to 16 May 1943.It was an uprising of Jews who attacked the Nazi soldiers, the Nazi put them in so called 'Ghettos' these were usually poor parts of a city or town where the jews were forced to reside. In the uprising, 300 Nazi soldiers died and thousands of Jews were massacred. Those who did survive, died by the end of the war. The Jews were going to be sent to the Treblika concentration camp.
