Egypt (2775 B.C. - 30 B.C.) (jan 1, 2775 BC – jan 1, 30 BC)
Description:
The Egyptian society was highly dictated by the flow of the Nile River. In order to tame the Nile, the Egyptians used a controlled irrigation system for their crop system. This allowed the Egyptian civilization to not only farm during the wet season but also the dry one. One of the largest engineering feats for the Egyptians was their architecture. Some examples include the sphinx and the Great pyramids of Giza.
