Description:
Ohio constructed a canalw to connect the great lakes and the Mississippi Valley which ended up creating an economic boom in Cleveland that resulted in it’s rise to a great lakes port. It also added just another pathway to transport goods between states which substantially boosted the economy of the United States. This was a continuity because it was yet another canal add a dick to the great successes of the other canals already in function
