Hatshepsut the female Pharoh (jan 1, 1483 – jan 1, 1498)
Description:
Hatshepsut became Pharaoh even though she was a girl because her brother was not old enough yet to be king. She said she would rule until her brother was eligible but when the day came she would not give up the throne. From that day forward she was a Queen pretending to be a King.
