The life of Galileo Galilei (feb 15, 1564 – jan 8, 1642)
Description:
He accomplished being considered the father of observational astronomy. He also invented a hydro-static balance. We think his greatest discovery would be that he used the telescope that he invented to discover four of the moons circling Jupiter, because we now know that Jupiter has moons and it caused a revolution in astronomy.
