Second Continental Congress (may 10, 1775 – mar 1, 1781)
Description:
A government that was also made up of colonists' delegates. This time, they met in 1775, during the American Revolutionary War. They also helped declare independence from Britain and ratified the Articles of Confederation.
Like many of the other organizations, this one was also not considered a rebellion, but this congress proved that things can happen if you inform the locals and push the government enough. Like Bacon and Shays' crowds, the congress was compromised of delegates who were just normal people trying to help their home.
