Terror had brought Iran and the US together sence both the Taliban and Saddam Hussein as enemies. As a new president took office in the US Bush stated that Iran was apart of the "Axis of Evill", This later had Bush refuse to eneter any negotiations untill Iran stopped Nuclear research.
