Description:
Nakidori was a Japanese reusable spaceplane which launched between 1988 and 2023. It was significantly smaller than larger spaceplanes like the American Space Shuttle of Soviet/Eurasian Buran. It's fleet consisted of 5 spaceplanes, although one was lost in 2014 on an unmanned flight. It retired in 2023 after 220 flights.Added to timeline:
