The Intolerable acts (mar 31, 1774 – may 20, 1774)
Description:
The Intolerable Acts were laws passed by the British Parliament in 1774 after the Boston Tea Party took place. The laws were made to punish the Massachusetts colonists for their actions during the Tea Party protest. Which took place because of the taxes added by the British. The colonists got really mad about these acts because it was just another way that the British were taking their rights away.
