Nicolaus Copernicus was born February 19,
1473 in Torun, Poland and died on May 24,
1543 in Frombork, Poland.
Copernicus made the idea that the sun is at
the center of the universe instead of the Earth.
He also came up with the idea of the
heliocentric model with planets and other
structures revolve around the sun. (feb 19, 1473 – may 24, 1543)
