Custom Creative
(8 weeks) (feb 1, 2020 – mar 30, 2020)
Description:
PM's will need more time to communicate launches that require custom creative from the vendors in order to account for the approval/revisions process.
Weeks 1-4: PM's secure launch suppliers, committed budgets (if applicable), and creative assets (banners, native images, brand pages, etc...)
Weeks 5-8: PM's start creative process to allow time for revisions/approvals.
- During this time, creative will need to be vetted through our creative team for review. The team will either approve/disapprove assets dependent upon whether it aligns with Home Depot brand standards.
- Anything disapproved will need to be revised and resubmitted to the creative team for review.
