David Hume (may 7, 1711 – aug 25, 1776)
Description:
Scottish philosopher, historian, and economist
He attempted to define the principles of human knowledge. He said that there can be no knowledge of anything beyond experience.
He also introduces the concept of belief and how belief is an important component of casual inference.
