Bell Beaker Culture: 2500-2000 BC
Burial: - individual in crouched position on his/her side; - The grave is marked with a round burial mound. > Characteristic artifacts can be: - Decorated Bell-shaped beaker; - Tanged copper dagger; - Flint arrowheads; - Wristguard (archery); - gold or amber ornaments; - A cushion stone (smith)(metalworking implement)
Whereas Corded Ware is mainly found in East, Ventral and north Europe, Bell Beaker graves are mainly found in western Europe;
In west Europe, Bell Beaker culture is the first with metallurgy (copper and gold);
Bell Beaker people from the Netherlands migrated into England --------------------------------------------------- " fashion or a drinking cult"
