Initially focus on one product (Payment Gateway) lead to employee satisfaction and high productivity
The office started expanding so as the product portfolio.
The lack of strategy while introducing new product stacks and the resource distribution was not well planned or analysed, and resulted into many unforeseen problems
In house management didn't evolve and the necessary positions and processes were not developed to maintain the rapid growth ( from 5 employees to 40 in less than two years).
