Parliamentary Enclosure in England (jan 1, 1760 – jan 1, 1815)
Description:
This was when the open field system came to an end and the Enclosure Acts were established. No longer were lands shared amongst a community. Now the land was legal held by someone which left many farmers without work. This new found unemployment eventually led to the outsourcing of jobs in the cities.
