Ludwig van Beethoven and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart are two of my personal favorite composers from not only this era but any when it comes to this style of music. Beethoven composed the eroica: Symphony No. In 1804, only weeks after Napoleon Bonaparte proclaimed himself Emperor of France, Beethoven debuted his Symphony No. 3 in Napoleon's honor. Also Fur Elise. Some of Mozarts' work is Serenade No. 13 (a.k.a. Eine Kleine Nacht-Musik). Symphony No. 40, 1st Movement "Allegro", Overture to "The Marriage of Figaro".
