Germany plans the war (jul 31, 1914 – aug 1, 1914)

Description:

Germany issued an ultimatum to Russia; that if they mobilise their soldiers to Serbia, they would declare war on them. Germany was expecting a war on Russia, so decides to also attack France with Belgium's help.
