Austro-Hungary declared war on Serbia, even though they were not ready for the attack. Germany did not like their ally's action. The tsar of Russia also approved mobilising Russian armies against Austro-Hungary before that he received a call from his cousin, Kaiser persuading to hold their attack(mobilisation).Added to timeline:
